Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
All products sold on 11Crochet.com are digital downloadable files (PDF crochet and knit patterns). Because these products are delivered instantly and electronically, and cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.
There are no physical items, and nothing is shipped. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the traditional sense.
We encourage you to read the full product description, including the skill level, materials needed, and any preview images, before completing your purchase.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Once a digital pattern has been delivered or downloaded, we have no way to verify that the file has been deleted, and the value of the product has effectively been received. For this reason, refunds cannot be granted simply because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong pattern by mistake.
- You don’t have the skill, tools, yarn, or time to complete the project.
- The finished item looks different from the photos due to your yarn, gauge, hook size, or technique.
- You found the same or a similar pattern elsewhere for free or for less.
When We May Make an Exception
We care about your experience and want you to be happy with your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement file, a corrected file, or a refund in limited circumstances, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same item (a genuine duplicate transaction).
- You never received your download and we are unable to deliver the file to you after you contact us.
- The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- The pattern contains a significant, verifiable error that we cannot correct.
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a description of the problem so we can help.
Pattern Errors
We make every effort to test and proofread our patterns, but occasional errors can happen. If you believe you’ve found a mistake in a pattern, please reach out before requesting a refund — we’ll review it and, where needed, send you a corrected version free of charge. Many issues can be resolved quickly this way.
Trouble Downloading?
If you’re having trouble downloading or opening your pattern:
- Check your email’s spam/junk folder for your download link.
- Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Try downloading on a different device or browser.
- If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll resend your file.
