These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://11crochet.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of any digital products, including downloadable PDF crochet and knit patterns (“Patterns” or “Products”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing a Product, or downloading a Pattern, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products
Our Products are digital files (typically PDF patterns) delivered electronically. They are not physical goods, and nothing will be shipped to you. After a successful purchase, you will receive access to download your file(s) via a download link and/or email.
We make every effort to describe and present our Patterns accurately. However, finished results may vary depending on your yarn, hook size, gauge, and individual technique. Crochet and knitting are handmade crafts, and we cannot guarantee that your finished item will look identical to the photographs shown.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered electronically immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure you can receive and open PDF files. If you do not receive your download, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us and we will resend your file.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information, full mailboxes, or email/spam filters on your end.
4. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a Pattern, you are buying a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Pattern. Specifically:
You MAY:
- Use the Pattern for your own personal, non-commercial crochet/knitting.
- Make finished items from the Pattern as gifts.
- Sell a reasonable, small quantity of finished handmade items you personally make from the Pattern, provided you credit “11Crochet” or “Pattern by 11Crochet” as the pattern designer. (This permission applies to finished physical items only — never the Pattern file itself.)
You MAY NOT:
- Copy, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, email, upload, or otherwise distribute the Pattern file (in whole or in part), whether for free or for profit.
- Reproduce, republish, or repost the Pattern’s text, photos, charts, or instructions on any website, social media, marketplace, app, or printed publication.
- Claim the Pattern as your own design or remove any copyright, watermark, or attribution.
- Use the Pattern, its images, or its content to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system.
- Engage in mass production or factory/industrial-scale manufacturing of items from the Pattern.
All Patterns, including their text, images, charts, and design, are the intellectual property of 11Crochet and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a Pattern does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on the Site and are payable in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, modify, or discontinue any Product at any time without notice. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by purchasing, you agree to their terms as well. We do not store your full payment card details.
6. Refunds
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Pattern has been delivered or downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. Our full policy is described on our Refund & Return Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property of the Site
All content on the Site — including the 11Crochet name and logo, text, graphics, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to 11Crochet and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Site content without our prior written permission.
8. Free Patterns & Blog Content
Some patterns and content on the Site are provided free of charge. Free content is offered for your personal use and remains the intellectual property of 11Crochet. The license terms in Section 4 apply equally to free patterns unless stated otherwise.
